Ethan is Director of Customer Success at LexBlog managing day-to-day operations of a small team, as well as overseeing the long-term vision of all customer-facing interactions. He works with clients at all stages of a blog’s creation, from launch to any issues that may arise in the future. Ethan brings over nine years of experience in Customer Support and Customer Success at major tech companies and startups alike. He’s helped create and overhaul support operations for Hulu, FOX, and Flipagram. After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Chicago, he did graduate work in journalism at Indiana University, and his writing credits include The Village Voice, Vulture, and Prefix Magazine.
